Shipping & Options
Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours or 1-2 business days excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Insane E Liquid LLC., reserves the right to delay shipping of an order for reasons related to processing, e.g. out of stock items, inclement weather, address clarification, and or special sales. Posted shipping times are U.S.P.S. standard and apply once the order ships. While we take every possible precaution to make sure that your package is delivered to you, we can't control the U.S.P.S. and how they handle or transport your package. If your package happens to be lost, stolen, damaged, or dismantled you will have to contact your local Post Office. Once the package has left our hands the buyer takes responsibility of the package. So, once the package enters the shippers possession, Insane E Liquid LLC. no longer owns responsibility.

- U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (Delivery within 2 to 3 days in most cases)
- Orders 2-30ml Bottles or more (or up to $74.99) - $5.80 USD
- Orders $75.00 USD and up - FREE USPS Priority Shipping
Packages will be shipped via USPS. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International customers, before placing your order please consult your local laws on importing e-liquid before ordering. Our labeling will include the nicotine content, as well as other information including safety warnings and will be placed on each bottle. An invoice with final price will also be included in the package. Your package will be marked as e-liquid or e-cigarette accessories; there will be no exceptions. Insane E Liquid LLC will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit because of, but not limited to, errors made by the shipping company, errors made by the customer, confiscation by customs, etc. All international orders will be placed at the risk of the consumer due to lack of control over the package once it leaves US customs.
Once the package has left our hands the buyer takes responsibility of the package. So, once the package enters the shippers possession, Insane E Liquid LLC. no longer owns responsibility.
For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on certain items. If you have an issue with your order we may request return for testing purposes. Our Return Policy EXCLUDES these items: cartridges, liquids, drip tips, and atomizers.

We will accept returns on UNOPENED or DOA merchandise for 7 days, except for E-Liquid, ecig accessories and disposables (Parts, clearos, cartomizers, tanks and RBA, wick, wire and mesh) which are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We will exchange items if it is within the 7 day period from the time you have received the merchandise. Exchange parts will not be shipped until the original part is evaluated. Customer shipping of the parts to Insane E Liquid is at CUSTOMER EXPENSE, shipping back to the customer is at Insane E Liquid’s expense unless there was fault of the customer, or if the product is not faulty or was damaged due to customer negligence. We will exchange an item ONLY ONCE Insane E Liquid LLC. also reserves the right to issue a store credit for the item in lieu of reshipping for any reason (usually for Out of Stock Merchandise).

We do not allow for returns for normal wear and tear, which includes paint chipping or wearing off, or other aesthetic issues. We do not issue Cash Refunds
The default warranty period for all products is 7 days unless otherwise specified in the product description. All returns exceeding this must be taken up with the manufacturer.
Please test all products upon receipt. The warranty and exchange period expires regardless of initial examination date.
Shipping fees incurred at point of sale are non-refundable (regardless of shipping price borne by customer).
As stated above Insane E Liquid LLC. is unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid, e-cig accessories INCLUDING cartomizers, clearomizers and atomizers.
Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Insane E Liquid LLC. resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 7 days after the receipt of your order.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 7 days from the date you have received your order.
